Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of SubTrack Money. They're written to be readable — not to trap you.
Acceptance
By using SubTrack Money, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. We may update these terms periodically — continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. SubTrack Money is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use SubTrack Money.
Subscription data
SubTrack Money stores subscription information you manually enter. We do not connect to your bank, credit card providers, or payment processors. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use SubTrack Money for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to access other users' data, or to interfere with the service. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Pro subscription
SubTrack Money Pro is billed weekly or annually. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings.
Limitation of liability
SubTrack Money is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for missed renewals, financial decisions made based on SubTrack Money data, or service interruptions. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
